Description

The first nose reveals pronounced mineral notes reminiscent of graphite and pencil lead. As the wine evolves, aromas of black fruit jam, mint and violet are generously present. On the palate, the powerful material offers flavors of camphorated cocoa. The tannins are still a little marked, but time will soften them and reveal the full complexity of this wine.

Tasting Notes

C’est un Châteauneuf-du-Pape délicieusement parfumé avec des saveurs envoûtantes de fraises, de rose poudrée, de garrigue et de thé noir. Corsé mais à la fois délicat et soyeux.
Cellaring

Chaque grappe est éraflée manuellement grain par grain pour être ensuite entonnée à la main en amphore. Suite à cela, une co-fermentation et une macération de 4 mois auront lieu toujours en amphore et sans ajout de sulfites.
