Tasting Notes

Un nez minéral qui se poursuit sur des notes florales et de fruits rouges. La bouche est équilibrée, fraîche et minérale et la finale sur une note saline qui accentue la fraîcheur.
Cellaring

Pressurage direct à froid puis fermentation en cuve inox. Vinification réalisée à basse température avec un contrôle régulier de ces dernières afin d’optimiser la fraîcheur à la dégustation. Mise en bouteille dès le début de l’année 2023.
