Tasting Notes

A powerful and intense nose with aromas of black fruits (blackberries, blueberries) and spices (licorice). A fleshy and generous mouth. A medium-bodied structure with silky tannins. The finish is long, fruity with notes of garrigue.
Cellaring

Manual harvesting and sorting, 3 weeks of maceration with light punching down. Aging in concrete vats, old barrels and big oak tanks.
