Tasting Notes

A mineral nose that continues with floral and red fruit notes. The palate is balanced, fresh and mineral and the finish has a saline note that accentuates the freshness.
Cellaring

Direct cold pressing then fermentation in stainless steel vats. Vinification made at low temperature with regular control in order to optimize the freshness. Bottled from the beginning of 2023 to preserve its freshness and fruit.
