Tasting Notes

Un nez puissant et intense aux arômes de fruits noirs (mûres, myrtilles) et d'épices (réglisse). Une bouche charnue et généreuse. Une structure moyennement charpentée avec des tanins soyeux. La finale est longue, fruitée avec des notes de garrigue.
Cellaring

Vendanges et tri manuel, 3 semaines de macération avec de légers pigeages. Élevage en cuve béton, barriques anciennes et foudres.
