95/100 - James Suckling: An immense dry white with a highly concentrated burnt apricot character and hints of tropical flowers. A stunning interpretation of ripeness and salty mineral freshness. Power and energy are perfectly balanced. What an exciting finish for this varietal which, as a single-varietal wine, is often too imposing and heavy. Excellent aging potential. Cellaring

Fermentation in new small thunderbolts (17HL) and demi-muids (5HL) from the Stockinger cooperage then aging for 6 months. The malolactic fermentation is naturally done on the 2022 vintage.
