96/100 - James Suckling: A revolutionary white Châteauneuf-du-Pape! The freshness and purity of the Amalfi apricot and lemon aromas are already astounding. Then comes the incredibly elegant palate, combining the textural qualities found in the great white wines of Burgundy with the minerality and tension of the best dry Rieslings. One-third Clairette, one-third Grenache Blanc and one-third Roussanne, with a few percentages of other traditional grape varieties. Made from Demeter-certified biodynamically grown grapes.
